We are hiring for the Role of  Analyst - Data (on contractual )

CTC upto: 3.5 Lakhs

Joining : Immediate

Job Summary: This position reports to manager, and is responsible for tracking plan Vs actual, create alert mechanism to call out deviation, develop dashboard with for key metrics. The person would be responsible for capacity management of supply chain for HR.

This will be an individual contributor role where he/ she would be engaged in day to day problem solving in terms of Data Management.

Responsibilities :

• Work with operations and partners on capacities
• Understand bottleneck processes and optimize on manpower to balance inbound Vs outbound capacity plan 
• Execute capacity uploads in alignment with Other Departments
• Create dashboards to track plan Vs actual spillage 
• Proficient in excel and working knowledge of VBA is a plus 
• Work closely with various internal groups to understand business requirements, implement new processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements and Metrics.

Required skill sets: 

• Graduate with prior working experience of Supply chain Data Management
• Strong display of values and ethics.
• Ability to analyse large data and convert into simple presentable forms 
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills
• Ability to come up with ideas and improvements 
• Excel/ R modelling skills 
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows skills
